There are several basic talents that expert power holders can pass on to coworkers in the workplace. As an IT specialist, you must be able to convey your knowledge to others so that simple chores like troubleshooting and software updates may be completed while you are away. As a result, the expert power lies in the power wielder's ability to transfer it to other workers. If you fail to do so, you will be obliged to work in three different offices.
